Shipping Information

Before submitting your order, please review it carefully. Once the order has been placed, no changes can be made. If you forgot to add an item, a new order must be placed along with separate shipping charges. Please note that incorrect, or incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. E-Juice Plug is not responsible for any, and all costs associated with incomplete, or incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.

At E-Juice Plug we ship everything through USPS, or UPS. It is important to know that the shipping method you choose will not accelerate the processing speed of your order. Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis Monday through Friday. Excluding federal holidays, and weekends. No matter which option you choose, if you place your order before 12pm PST,  we will package, and ship within 2 days or sooner. Shipping times do NOT include the time it takes to process the order. The day the order is shipped is considered day 0, and is not included in the transit time. 

Tracking Numbers: Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours before they populate on the USPS and UPS websites due to delays in the shipping company's scanning/input into their system, most notably on weekends.  Please allow up to 24 hours before checking your tracking number on the USPS or UPS websites. While USPS offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors, and/or delays caused by, or as a result of USPS are not the responsibility of E-juice Plug, and must be resolved by contacting USPS. We do not offer refunds for shipping due to delays out of our control.

Delayed or Lost Packages:  If you suspect that your package is delayed or lost, please wait at least 14 business days from the date the package was shipped with both First Class and Priority options. USPS does not allow us to file late claims with them until 14 days have passed from the date of shipment, and there is little we can do to help you until the 14 day period has passed. 

International Orders: We do everything we can to assist your shipment through your country's customs. However, in the unfortunate event that the seizure of your shipment does occur, we can not be held liable for any shipments delayed due to customs in your country. 

International buyers should contact their local custom authorities for any information on duty and taxes. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. All buyers must be aware of the importation laws for their country. Ejuice Plug is not responsible for any packages that are stopped and/or seized by any appropriate jurisdiction and/or authority.

Please Note that all prices are listed in USD currencies only. E-juice Plug is not responsible for any conversion fees for other currencies.  

Some brands are not allowed to ship outside of the United States due to manufacturer restrictions. If you do not see your country during checkout process, we are unable to ship to that country.
