Ejuice Plug stands behind our products 100%, but due to United States health codes, Ejuice Plug can not accept any returns on E-liquid. Taste is subjective, subject to device used, temperature, and steeping methods. If you have any problems with the quality of any product(s) please contact us by email, and state the reasons clearly with the issue of the product(s). We will take all issues into consideration, and come to a fair resolution.

Damaged/Defective Products

Defective products will be exchanged only. Please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving a defective product. Please include your full name, and order number, and the issue with the product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will be refunded once the defective product is verified.  Important: You must return ALL product components, parts and accessories. We will not process any returns that do not meet the conditions of this Return Policy.

If you have received a damaged package, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item. We may request photos of the damage. E-juice Plug strongly advises that if you find damage before opening your package, you should return it to the shipping carrier immediately, and reject receipt of the package. This will clear you of any responsibility, however this can only be done with unopened packages.

Exchanges (if applicable)

 Unopened, unused items may be returned for exchange in the form of store credit. Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Items returned in unacceptable condition will be held without refund. When returning products please take care in packaging we highly recommend using bubble wrap, and padded envelopes. The fastest route to receiving the correct item (if the wrong item was purchased) Is to contact us by email with the wrong product information and order number, and return tracking number. Then place a new order, and return the incorrect item. Once we receive it we will issue a full refund.

Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive the wrong product contact us with 7 days of delivery, Please include your full name, and photos of the incorrect product, and invoice. We will send the correct products, and a return envelope for the incorrect items.
