What is an E-Cigarette?

Electronic cigarettes (also known as e-cigarettes or personal vaporizers) are an alternative to flame lit tobacco cigarettes. They are battery-operated devices that create an inhalable, water-based mist, or vapor, instead of smoke. The rechargeable battery powers a heating element called an “atomizer.” The element uses low heat to turn liquid in the cartridge, which contains propylene glycol, glycerin, food flavoring and nicotine (also known as e-liquid), into a fog-like mist or vapor.

 

What is a Vape Device?

A vape device, or vape pen, is another term for e-cigarette, and is the instrument that turns e-liquid into vapor.  It consists of a rechargeable battery and a tank that screw together. It’s powered on and off by the user via a button on the pen. The tank is filled with e-liquid, which is then heated by the atomizer inside the tank.

 

What is E-Liquid?

E-liquid is a solution of propylene glycol (PG) and/or vegetable glycerin (VG), optional nicotine amounts, and food-grade flavorings. The solution vaporizes when heated and translates flavor, as well as throat and nicotine hit when inhaled, to simulate smoking.

 

What is the difference between nicotine and tobacco?

Nicotine and tobacco are not the same thing. Tobacco in traditional cigarettes consists of dried leaves that contain nicotine naturally. Nicotine, as a liquid, can be extracted from many different sources and then added into a PG/VG base along with flavorings. Even tomatoes contain small amounts of nicotine!

 

Are E-Cigarettes safe?

As with other fun things in life (like roller coaster rides or snowboarding), e-cigarettes are not without risk.   While we work hard to make sure the e-juice we sell is as safe as possible, consumers are cautioned to read and adhere to the warnings on our website and the warning labels on the bottles.  Please educate yourselves before you vape, and vape at your own risk.

 

Are E-Cigarettes regulated by the FDA?

As of May 2016, the FDA began regulating e-cigarettes and e-liquids as tobacco products under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.  Implementation of FDA regulations is currently underway.

 

How much Nicotine is in each of the flavors?

E-Juice Plug offers e-juice flavors with different levels of nicotine, ranging from 0mg, 3mg, 6mg, to 12mg.  The levels are stated on each bottle.  When ordering online, you may choose your preferred level of nicotine at checkout.

 

When will my order ship? 

Most orders usually ship within 1-3 days. Your order may take a bit extra time if you placed your order on a holiday or on Friday through Sunday.

 

Where is my tracking number? 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email notifying you that your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please contact our customer service team at support@ejuiceplug.com. 

 

What if I made a mistake on my order?

We apologize, but unfortunately we are unable to make changes to an order after the credit card has been charged. Double check your order before ordering. You can also cancel your order, and reorder again.

 

What if I received something wrong on my order?

If you have received an order that is damaged, or contained the wrong product, please take a picture immediately and email our Customer Service team at support@ejuiceplug.com and we will work to resolve your issues immediately.

 

What carrier do you use for shipping? 

Domestic:

  • USPS First Class: Usually delivers within 3-5 business days
  • USPS Priority: Usually delivers within 2-3 business days 
  • Aramex for The Middle East: Value Express 5-7 business days

Once an order has shipped we are no longer responsible for how long an order takes to deliver to you. There are many factors that can affect shipping timelines, including weather, postal courier errors, etc. We will ship your order in accordance with the timelines stated above. We will also be more than happy to open an investigation for you, but we cannot reship or refund an order that has been shipped. 

 

My order status says, "Unfulfilled". What does this mean? 

Unfulfilled means that we haven't shipped the order yet. Once your order has shipped the order status will show as fulfilled.

 

"There are no shipping rates available for your area". What does this mean? 

We are currently not shipping to Arkansas and New York due to new laws prohibiting sales there.
